Nielsen-massey mexican vanilla is the absolute best. It is a bit pricey however i think it is worth it. They are delicious.
This is my favorite true vanilla extract. The flavor is rich, and there is no chemical smell or after taste. This is another word for love, this vanilla is so flavorful.
Everyone always raves about my christmas cookies. Fantastic bold vanilla for making chocolate lava cakes. It smells heavenly and tastes wonderful in my baked goods.
Cons
Nielsen-massey vanilla extract is so weak that even using 1/2 teaspoon of the stuff in one small mug of warmed milk doesn't make it strong enough. This is not usable to cook with. Save your money on this one.

There is no substitute for fresh vanilla beans in terms of clean flavor release but they are currently almost expensive as gold
