Pros

My feed back to you is great product and its value for money compare with other products. Really good value and not overpriced. Arrived quickly and well packaged.

The main unit has a 3 speed system, giving good control and choice. The safety instructions are clear and sensible. There are two heat settings plus a cool-shot for use after drying.

It has a long lead on it, with a swivel cord, which is brilliant as our mains point is a little way from the mirror.

It’s quite lightweight and easy to manoeuvre around for me. The manual is very clearly written, with good diagrams, large font size and real english.

Cons

New model is very disappointing. I am sure it is a good product but the wording is ambiguous.

The newer model has vents at the bottom of the brush attachment, so most of the hot air comes out of that instead of the actual brush! Needs more ooomph. The brush with the small plastic grips causes my hair to tangle and doesn’t brush through my hair... Read More
