Shoes are great for tumbling and stunting. My daughter is a hs jv cheerleader. She loves these shoes. They are very lightweight and breathable. They were recommended by her cheer coach.

Cons
The soles are falling apart. Broken two places as of 11/3/2022 after having been worm 3 times per week for a month. The fabric is flimsy and rips, incredibly easily within a very short period of time.

They las me about 6 months and start to get really warm down and start to rip a typical cheer shoe does that

My daughter usually wears an 8 8 12 but the 8 12 was too tight so size up
