I solved this by simply shimming a small piece of paper folded between the end of the battery and the bottom of my phone

Originalone of the batteries there is a small plastic foot that is in the bottom that is supposed to keep the battery in place inside the phone it fell off and now when i use that battery my phone restarts or powers off because it isnt snug against the contacts
