Pros

Instructions are quick and easy to read with pix. Little battery delivers a big punch. Good as new lol.

This start jumper is a life saver. Didn't have to wait for road service, a ride, or a friend to jumpstart the car. It's always on standby, which will drain it eventually.

The carrying case it comes in is top notch. Like really well done and feels durable. It also has a usb c port for charging the device. Comes with a nice and sturdy carrying case.

Cons

After 2 days on charger i cannot for the life of me get the product to even turn on. It has some so called smart connector that shows it is ready to start but by the time i get to the ignition key the connector has turned off. Leave it connected/press... Read More

Tried the packaging from amazon. No luck. Returned for a refund. My unit is still under warranty, but they refuse to respond.

The battery itself appears to be a cheap folded lipo battery. As far as i’m concerned, it’s just a glorified power bank now. Think there is a rating scam going on here.
