Pros

Only complaint is that it does not come with a case, so the portability is not great. Comes with a charger and the positive and negative *. Uses very common usb cable to charge. Works amazing for charging phones.

Great for a quick worry free jumpstart. Makes my disabled mom feel safe in a potential time of need. Ordered in prime, delivered within 24 hours.

Small,light, and super simple to use. Easy to use, transport & store. Only complaint is that the instruction are written in broken english.

Cons

What a useless piece of garbage. Is written down in the small connector attached to the battery, very difficult to read. Directions and user manual are pretty much worthless.

I was told to contact amazon about this sellers warrenty. But it's no better and the seller themself didn't want to do the warranty. Buyers beware, unless you have 30 days to return they will not honor their warranty.
