Pros

The auto-dimming feature keeps it from being intrusive to the sleep environment. Easy to change when we go in or out of daylight saving time. Chimes on the hours to help with daytime reading.

My hubby and i saw this clock at his cousin's home a month ago, she has a couple in her home as she has altzheimer's. Homebound 95-year-old early alzheimer's patient adores it.

It's just bright and shows up well from any part of the room. Visually, it is clear and straightforward. The numbers/letters are very easy to read.

Cons

To keep proper time you have to keep resetting it constantly. It slips about 1 or 2 minutes a week. This seems defective.

Only 4 stars because this model is certainly harder to program than more recent models so i suggest buying a 2024 model
