Pros & Cons

Pros

In the morning, there's a slight elusive hint of aroma wafting through the kitchen because the natto has defrosted. Not overly pungent and a nice subtle taste.

This company produces high quality traditional natto. The price is definitely high but must consider it’s in glass jars and obviously super high quality and organic. It is worth every penny.

The health benefits outweigh the texture. You cannot just eat it once and bam your fixed.

This is so good! Give this a try. Sooo good. New york natto is excellent. Highly recommended.

I love food that is quick and easy to throw together and this is rather nutritious. Adding chopped scallion and/or soy sauce/tamari also makes it more interesting.

Cons

The one flavor that is salient to me, is coffee. It is just too bitter for me, and this coming from a person who eats kale raw.

This was my first time experiencing natto so im being generous with the stars and mostly rating based on shipment

Price

The only downside was the 20 shipping cost

The price is definitely high but must consider it’s in glass jars and obviously super high quality and organic

Shipping

First off the shipping was extremely fast and arrived one day after my order

Well worth the extra cost that you pay for shipping in order to preserve the natto

Its expensive with expensive shipping and its not like the real natto i ate in japan

The shipping is pricy but its understandable

Packaging/appearance

Really enjoyed the taste great packaging and loved the enclosed description and recommendations of the creators

The packaging is great and i receive as described in the details

Its slightly pricey and consumes a lot of material to get it to you intact cooling packs packaging if it were at a local store...  Read More

The best part is there was no salt or other undesirable additives

Competitiveness

As a longtime practitioner of macrobiotics i’ve been eating natto for over 40 years

Would rather eat a serving or even much less of this in its unrefined natural form than take a powder or a k2 mk7 pill
