Best product in this price range. Works perfectly with the controller n has a long battery life. If u are a xbox gamer i recommend this 100%. Microsoft.
Cons
The other one is faulty. Inserted the battery the other way round by mistake in the charging dock.

Which i saw after ordering the 400mah and wanted to cancel and reorder but it was too late for it as the product was already out for delivery by the time i noticed the other 600mah one

This batteries are too good to have for your xbox one controller

Sometimes the batteries need adjusting a little bit to get it to work in the controller

But after you insert this battery to the controller the back cover cannot be used
