This model is def not for those w/ larger endowment -- like what was i thinking even trying -- so if you have above-average length and girth, don't order this one. Sleeve texture is terrible and inefficient.

The very first time i used it a small hole opened up in the end of the silicone so it let some uh fluid through into the foam piece at the end

Its a bit distracting to try to use the suction because you have to let go on the down stroke and cover it on the up stroke and it really is way too much suction at first
