Ive tried it watching a youtube video and then watching my husband fly his flight simulator.

I would have never been able to even watch the simulator screen for more than a few seconds without getting sick.

Couple of side notes:-it takes two aaa batteries, not aa like the description and user guide says.

My experience was initially that the device was helping a little but towards the final trips i ran into issues with the product and eventually got very sick :(so the product itself is just like the image, it's a neckband that you secure with a velcro strap and it has a button to press which causes it to vibrate (and i believe it sends out small noises which you can only hear in silent places).

It does not come with batteries in it, there is a small zipper in which the batteries are stored.

Also replacing the batteries i found to be a little annoying especially during travel (flight mainly) and the foam which is stored around the batteries was very frustrating to deal with; i ended up ripping it minorly while trying to change the batteries because i couldn't get the plastic piece back inside the foam.
