Minor to me problems the magnetic part does not work because it cannot contact the ipad—this is mainly because the lip on the flexible part is too tall and does not allow the cover to touch the actual ipad

My previous case had a hard shell back which was slippery a drop onto a hard floor broke 2 of the corners so that company replaced it but the same thing happened to the replacement
