The plastic holders in the second pair seem much improved-i've used them for months now with no problem at all.
These are great; bendable wire covered in soft rubber mold easily to ears.
From a couple months in, little bits of the "clip" part began breaking off.
Update 11/28/17:i've had these for almost two months and the curved portion that holds the headphones in place has begun to break.
Price
First off, i have to say that the $11 that i spent were well worth every penny.
For the price, i don’t think it’s a huge deal if i have to repurchase them again down the road.

Competitiveness
This is by far better than three other similar type of airpod clips i’ve tried.
No other clips offered adjustable silicone around the ear and the ability to adjust the airpod itself.
While the earhoox-type doodads seem to be more popular with many variations, i've tried those types with no success.

I have 3 sets of earhoox and they do the job very well but they are difficult to get on the airpods

I could easily recommend both products but i believe earbudi will be my preferred product even though they are much more noticeable
