When i first ordered the macbook air from this crew it did not work key piece of software had not been installed but they sent me the appropriate mailing materials to send the notebook back to them and they repaired it

I did have a problem in the beginning when the fan was running a bit loud but they had a card that came with the computer which said to call if i was having any issues
