AILIJIA is a wonderful company. They are trustworthy and reliable, the quality of the dolls they make is incredible and the prices are great compared to what life-size sex dolls cost from other companies, and they are outstanding and helpful when it comes to communication and customer service. They are located in China so you are purchasing direct from the factory company, and it takes them time to get back to you because of the different time zone. They got back to me right away with pictures and examples of their products, and were very helpful and friendly when it came to answering my questions and confirming my purchase. They sell through their store on amazon only.First off, the pictures they show on Amazon of the dolls they sell are not the exact doll, those are pictures from other companies but they make very similar versions of the dolls in the pictures. You can contact them and they will send you factory pictures of the doll you are interested in. The pictures I submitted are of my actual doll that they custom made for me. I changed the skin tone, hair, eyes, and got standing feet which I highly recommend. They can do great customization work for around the same price that the doll you are looking for is listed, just communicate with them and they will help you and give you a great deal.For the doll - She is HEAVY! Most of the reviews say this but I cannot emphasize enough that she is one of the heaviest things I now own and it takes a lot of strength and effort just to move her and lift her, let alone position her. She is very well made and high quality so you do get a lot of bang for your buck, no pun intended :) but also pretty delicate so be careful with her and be prepared to use a lot of strength when moving her and lifting her. From the metal skeleton to the very lifelike and realistic TPE Material that is her body and skin, it's all very well made and highly realistic. And she's gorgeous. The head is detachable and very beautiful and just as well made as her body. The hair and eyes are included but you can also mix and match, they are removable from the head. They also include an instruction booklet describing the dolls features and important things to know with your purchase.I would love to buy from them again, but the doll is very big and heavy so I don't have any spare room for a second. Maybe in the future, regardless I highly recommend Ailijia to be the company that you make all your doll purchases from. The dolls of their high caliber and quality normally range around $2,000+ from other companies, but you can see from their options how great of a deal you are getting. And the shipping was lightning fast considering it was shipped out of China. I received my doll in about a week from the time of my purchase, maybe a little over since they had to custom make her for me.5 stars!! Highly recommended!  Read Less
