Neuropaway is a honey colored gel. It's pricy but it helps. It feels nice. It’s pricey, but honestly it is worth it for the relief i feel, even if i smell like chicken noodle soup.

Cons

Wilmot's oncological pharmacist asked my oncologist to stop using acetyl l-carnitine. This overpriced small portion of gel has zero effect on my foot neuropathy.

Things like this really stink. Just a plain old rip off. They say per their ads that they have a 30 day return if you are not satisfied.
