The wireless cameras are nice but eventually we'll be getting hardwired cameras so they will record 24/7. For a inexpensive security option they certainly serve their purpose. If mounted outside is easy to steal.

Most often the cameras lose their connection to the home base. Once they do, they try to reconnect endlessly until the battery dies. The hub did not get connected to my router.

I have one ring doorbell and perhaps that spoiled me. The problem is battery but that did not come with new camera from verizon. The whole purpose of buying them is obsolete.

The cameras routinely go down. It causes more frustration than piece of mind. Very difficult to adjust correctly.

Out of 5 camera's turn into bricks. Software and hardware updates come automatically except when they don't. Support is non-existent.
