Pros

Great value for the price. Nice to have air cooled switch instead of noisy fans to deal with. Product shipped on time.

Comes with rack mount hardware or rubber * for desktop. Also included rackmount hardware and rubber foot bumpers. Little difficult to get some of the bracket screws into the side.

Great and affordable replacement for my older 10/100 mbs switch. Positioned after netgear nighthawk router in a structured network box in my master closet. No abnormal packet errors when doing basic network testing.

Basic 24 port gigabit switch, no frills, low cost. Nice, relatively inexpensive 24 port unmanaged switch. Good unmanaged dumb gigabit 24 port switch working out of the box.

Cons

Netgear's unmanaged switch stopped working after 18 months. Thought the issues were caused by the unifi security gateway. The product warranty covers one year, but the hardware warranty only covers the physical appearance of the device.
