Pros
It is very easy to use and no mess. The fabric is very comfortable. This is the most incredible purchase i've made in years, and while that either makes me sound like a liar or incredibly sad, it's the honest truth.
Not too cold, perfect coldness. Can be used for warm or cold packs. It disperses the cold very well.
Waterproof. Easy to use and doesn't leak. Have not experienced any leakage problems.
Small size bag is perfect to ice my elbow or one side of my sore shoulder. Drying it out takes some time but this thing is great! Note to no more kissing asphalt, it always hurts in the end.
Cons
Very disappointing. Not cold enough to be useful for swelling use. Might try filling it with rice or some other dry filler in order to keep it out of the landfill.

The hospital my partner stayed in did not have proper ice packs and used garbage bags with towels that leaked everywhere
