I put a layer of paint down first in the same color as the black light paint so it would look good when the lights were on too as the black light paint was rather see through.

They definitely glow very brightly under a black light but they are very watery so the process of painting was very slow.

Otherwise, it will not glow the way it is supposed to.

If you have a bigger project or large poster to paint for instance, this won't be enough paint.
