I would have given five stars, but after waiting a while to install these, i just put three up and one broke while screwing it in.

The interesting part is that i put almost no pressure on the actual magnet, only the screw (with pre drilled hole).

The crack is a hairline fracture, so it still does the job, but it should not have cracked at all.

Only had to cut & finish the trim to fit, then turn over and bore enough of a hole to insert the magnets until they were flush with the wood surface.

I ended up boring holes into the pieces of wood using a forstner bit, where i then flush mounted the magnets.
