Pros
Neocell collagen soft gels have a solid mg level for the purpose of cartilage building. They aren't small either, but they aren't too hard to *, about like a multivitamin and they are oval shaped.
Cons
The pill is huge and you have to take 3 of them. It's way too much biotin. My nails are very flimsy and weak now.
