Everything is good with this unit, that replaced an old sensor that was giving me false readings.

The one gripe i have is that they are sensitive to distance, if the door side which is a magnet moves ever so slightly it says the door is open when it isn't.

The smaller portion was screwed into the molding around the door and the double sided tape was used to attach the larger portion to my door.

It is smaller than most of the contact sensors i have seen.

It does not have a tamper indicator if you are looking for that.

Once its paired then it will give you the open close status, the battery level and the tamper alarm.
