This does support my elbow but i bought it to wear when i have to work lifting things and its quite restrictive to movement which is a shame

Very comfortable can be easily adjusted for comfort in terms of tightness or compression and during the day clever velcro fixings that cant get jammed or filled up with material do not slip down during working a manual skilled 12 hour shift and wearing for a total of 16 hours each day
