I suffer from deviated septum and my nose is always congested. Xylitol helps reduce swelling, stimulates our own defensive washing of the nose. Great nasal feel afterward.
The packet appears to contain more product than the blue packets, and it seems more granular. It took me quite a while to get everything into the bottle without spilling.

It has a slightly sweet taste compared to the normal saline solution. It definitely stings less. The xylitol is better than saline because when it backs up into your mouth it's sweet instead of salty.
After a few minutes, the granules dissolve and the rinse is ready to use.
Cons
Neilmed has 5-6 grams of xylotol and who knows how much salt/bicarbinate. Some always spills out on the counter. Several of the packets in my last batch were not filled properly.

I just wish the xylitol was available to purchase in large amounts at a low price as with the smaller packets
