Csc manufacturers are at last cottoning on to the usefulness of lightweight, manual , fixed focal length lenses with wide apertures but boy do they make you pay.

Being on a tight budget i looked at 35mm/50mm lenses for the e-mount system of sony, and got a 35mm as the way the camera processes and crops it basically makes it a 50mm lens.

The neewer 35mm shoots some outstanding high-light and mid-light stills as well as video, though you have to be capable of following the action yourself as the lens does not auto-focus and as the camera goes down to f/1.
