The neck “hammock” is too long to hang off any regular doorknob and hold your neck off the ground

My sister and i even tried to tie it around the doorknob twice which is not in the directions to shorten the cord but it is just simply a very poorly produced product that does not work

As for the back stretcher it is much smaller than it looked in the pictures

It is difficult to switch the height of the board and it honestly does little more than leaning over a chair

Loop the neck hammock band around a door knob for support then rest your headneck in the system and relax
