Pros
Pull up and over from behind and cover neck and head like a hoodie. I have long hair so i tuck my hair under my helmet the warmer saves me from getting a sore neck.
Fleece is warmer and softer on the skin. Although it isn't cozy, it is light and covers your neck properly. Warm, cozy, and fits well.
Cons
If you just want to wear as a turtleneck then it is okay. It's uncomfortably tight and restrictive. Don't like the lycra in the outside.
