Pros

It helps alleviate discomfort and pain. This device lengthens, decompresses and realigns your cervical spine. It helps relieve pressure from tight neck and shoulder muscles.

Sturdy and is used with quality materials. It has a very firm but cushion like texture to it. Can be used laying down or sitting upright. It's a little uncomfortable at first, but wait a few minutes and let yourself relax into it.

Cons

Product has dreadful smell - makes me feel nauseous! E mailed company to be told the smell is harmless! It's a quality product and nice material but it just doesn't work.
