I absolutely love the d5 so much so that we purchased a second unit however it failed after approximately 15 cleaning cycles with a 3000 error loss of vision

If you expect to just plug this in your socket connect to your wifi click a button and have an untroubled cleaning cycle i think that you will be let down

I had to reset both of the robots a couple times so far

This would usually end with the neato facing the mirror and requesting help again being unable to continue and i had to move it manually back to its base

Do not leave any clothing or anything really on the floor

You need good wifi coverage close to its base
