Pros & Cons
Pros
The brush helps reduce noise on hardwood floors. If you accept that this brush will need more cleaning, then this is the brush for you.
If you own a neato and have a pet, this add-on is a must! It makes a huge difference. It's worth every penny. Cons:- expensive.
The neato brush picks up a surprising amount of pet hair every single day. Does wonderful job of picking up fur and most anything on the floor. It also picks up things like pinto beans.
Cons
The drag on the gears the minute it's on a carpet is too much for the brush to turn freely and it thinks it stuck. It doesn't clean untouched surfaces or leakages in the house envelope.

I do think that the price is high but it improves the neato performance and is worth the price
