Pros

These calcium pills are great. They work best after taking a magnesium orotate with a meal. I take it and my cramps go away, and also my body feels very relaxed. I hope it improves my bone density.

Product is excellent with extensive research behind it. Works well. However, it is also pricier than some of the other calciums.

Cons

The fda doesn't require an expiration date on supplements. This makes me feel distrustful of the standards of the company. If it is true, i question the fda that they are advising companies to sell perishable items with no expiration date!

Two things make this the best calcium for me 1 it is orotate very fine 2 it is balanced with magnesium instead of just supplying calcium

Capsule form easy to swallow and gentle on my stomach

This calcium orotate is so well absorbed by the body that i do not recommend using it unless you dont mind cutting your nails more often

Finallya calcium source that isnt just flushed down the toilet but rather absorbed by the system

However it is also pricier than some of the other calciums

The delivery of this product was very quick

Very difficult to find this product in nz so purchasing this made very little difference as delivery was super good
