Also might be useful that i got the rounded nipples because baby only likes the mam and avent plastic style binkies and wouldnt take the squished looking kind nuk for example

I thought that little indent was for their nose but as she chews the nuk rotates so that dent really serves no purpose

Think maggie simpson you do need to heed the manufacturers recommendation and replace every few weeks like you would a toothbrush cause they kinda flatten out and become tacky

I am a little nervous about any that are not a complete 1 piece due to some recalls of the two parts coming undone and the child swallowing
