They are working and its only been 7 days did notice a difference after 4 days and i thought it was one tablet not two still worked day 5 up it to 2 tablets im in situations where i get anxious all the time and found myself in one have to say i handled it well no burning chest or other symptoms oh and my brain isnt overthinking at all and im falling asleep im not fighting my brain if a thought creeps in i can switch my focus is back which is nice
