The tabs are a little big, but easy to * and as far as i can tell absorbs well. I'm going to continue with these rather than calcium carbonate or citrate.

This is so very wrong and deceptive. On this website the formulation is 2000 iu of vitamin d3. If scores get better it is a false read from the strontium in the product. Research the ingredients before taking.
