The pill is rather large and can get difficult to *. It's like a capsule that u can press.
These prenatals are amazing and the right amount of everything you need. The company actually cares about what they make! First time trying these. Still no issues.
Cons
The only thing that i like about this multivitamin is that the capsule is easy to *. I start gagging as soon as they touch my tongue. All capsules were stuck together and emitting strong fishy odor.
