Pros

These are a great size for swallowing. I have difficulty swallowing pills and these are easy to * and have a proper amount of ingredients to provide me with well balanced supplement. These are very easy to swallown for my 10 year old.

My son has autism and hates chewable vitamins so this was a great alternative. They have less sugar then the gummy vitamins. I have a picky 7yr old that has refused any type of chewy vitamin and most veggies.
