Pros

This is great to prevent'shingles' and if you have had it or haven't had it. Keeps the cold flu sores away. I know it works because i get regular outbreaks when i don't take lysine. It help i didn't get one cold sore!

Cons

The manufacturer claims it works if you don't get sick with the flu or a cold. I never buy tablets as i have problems swallowing and although it came through as tablets am pretty sure that when i ordered it, it was capsules.
