The medela washable pads are far supierior. This means they bunch up and are extremely noticeable under clothing. The material is not very absorbent either so they leak after just a couple hours of light leaking.

I have purchased 4 different brands of nursing pads and these are by far the best
I think they are far softer and better at absorbing moisture than the medela washable pads

I soaked one of the pads overnight but it didnt leak thru to my shirt or bra at all

They have 2 sides a very soft bamboo side and a waterproof side
