Pros
Good for helping us relax and get to sleep. My only dislike is that it contains artificial sweetener, stevia. My beef is with the container.
It’s a great source of magnesium and i’ve continued to drink it postpartum. It gives you an almost immediate calm feeling when suffering from anxiety and stress. I find it very soothing.
Cons
Will be returning the unopened canister. Calm needs to change their branding on the bottles. Manufacturer says contact the seller!

The taste of this product is sickeningly sweet. Same yucky taste. It tastes bad and couldn't * taste too bad.
