This product will boost your energy especially if you are after big stress and woke up in the morning unhappy however this supplement will make you addict and your body will need more and more each months to produce what your body need if you stop the side effect will be double worse as you have at this moment that why start with 1 capsule per day and build it up to the desire effect if you dont see any changes it mean it is not what you need and you should stop

I tried vitamins which probably filled in where my diet was lacking but if they worked i didnt feel it
