No jitteriness, no itchy skin & no *. Yes, it has bee pollen and royal jelly.
Raw tea gives me that extra boost without jitters or * chemicals to get through a grueling wod. Only downside is price; however, this comes with the territory of no bs-type products.

It tastes like bad medicine, and despite all efforts and time spent trying to mix it into a drink it still tastes chalky and bitter. It is very deceiving. The container is not even half full.

I can only take it in the am as i am very sensitive to caffeine and wont be able to sleep at night if i take it later in the day
