The trick to any melatonin, is to take it right when you lay down at night. These quickly calm my mind chatter. Stress relax melatonin.

Used this brand for years. Works well. This stuff is amazing.

This melatonin appears to be a clean supplement. No sugar or weird additives. Front line, channel wttw, has a documentary on vitamins and supplements and damage caused to people in us using unregulated vitamins.

Cons

The taste is pretty bad. Tums taste better. Don't work at all. Doesn't smell good.
