This book is extremely informative. One of the best books ive ever read,besides the other books kt suggest.

Kevin trudeau is one of the greatest teachers of our time, if not the greatest. Some food changes my nd which found through his book & supplements. He talks about how animals are slaughtered, and how all that stress hormone goes in the meat.

Cons

This guy is a total huckster, now in jail from charges related to unsubstantiated claims in his books. The author is a liar and a cheat and is currently in jail. This man is a multiple convicted felon!
