Pros

Each capsule is 10 mg and the directions say to take 5 a day. I love that this is organic but what i don’t like is that i have to take five pills just to get the 50mg. I wish the 50 mg was in one pill.

Cons

Each capsule is 5 x weaker than advertised! This soy brand isn't affective! It says there are two bottles. This states that the order was for 2 bottles of 120 capsules each.

My hot flashes are almost non existent, i sleep better and i feel less irritable .

After about a week i definitely had much relief and able to sleep more.

After one week, no flash coming up, though you will feel something, but the flash does not jump up to my head.

So after 2 years exact of trying things for my pcos nothing seemed to work.

Shipping

I was supposed to be shipped 2 bottles and only received 1!

I got 2 in my order and just started taking them.
