I have an after market cord nonapple and it does not go in far enough so there is a gap under the phone

The cable is a little difficult to remove once its in there so if you want to interchange say lightening and usbc for example im not sure this would be the right product

The weight makes this dock is extremely stable highquality and you can almost dockundock your phone single handed

I do wish the backing and base could be custom ordered to match the customers colorpreferences but beggars cant be choosers i guess

I have a lifeproof case so unfortunately i had to remove the back plate off the dock to make it work
