I did not check to see that the front wheels were secured tightly when i received it and lost one somewhere

I just got this one to replace one that had little 4 inch front wheels that would get stuck on sidewalk cracks and i would do a flip over the top of the whole thing in the middle of the road and get up cursing to put it mildly it wasnt pretty
