Pros
It gives you sustained energy to get through an intense workout and still feel energized through the day. Some preworkouts slap you in the face after 15-20 minutes but this one climbs much smoother. It's not jittery and gave me clear focus and drive.
After 15+ yrs, this stuff is great. It and watch the product work. The ingredients seem very clean! Read people. Com for the ingredient list.
The bitter taste is a good tradeoff for not having any sweeteners or artificial flavors. Unfortunately, when i drink pineapple juice, i have the desire to mix it with *, but it works.
Serving size is 2 scoops. Best bang for the buck too price per serving is spot on! Hate having to dig out the scooper after traveling.
Cons
Maybe the flavored one is better, i donno, but if i were you, i’d go ahead and miss this stuff. It is so disgusting tasting i couldn't even crib it to see how it works.
The downside is, this preworkout gives me intense anxiety.

My only con is the price, wish it was a bit bigger for $40.
Shipping
Like another reviewer mentioned, the shipping packaging should be changed as it breaks the protection seal.
Packaging/appearance
I would also recommend easing yourself into the pre-workout.
Competitiveness
I get the typical pre-workout itch, but it definitely gets the job done!
I mix my scoops with about 2oz or so water and take it like a shot.
