Pros

The gooseneck arm is long enough to be positioned appropriately in front of my mouth, between me and the mic. I have a neumann tlm103 that is super sensitive to wind noise and plosives. The perfect companion to my mxl mic.

For people who reposition it a lot, this is something to be aware of. The neck is okay at not sagging, but you do have to play with the positions to get it where it will stay.

As a combo, as ridiculous as it looks, it works. Function over form lol. The fabric of the filter pretty much completely eliminates that.

Cons

The clamp assembly is about 4 times too heavy. It adds way to much un needed weight out on the boom or other mic setup. The goose-neck feels cheap, can barely support its weight (and in some position it doesn't at all). Requires use of tools to tighte... Read More

The clamp is huge, clunky and stinks. Packed up for return a half hour after receipt.

It has a good secure mount which will not damage the mic stand and does not loosen accidentally

The plosives are reduced to basically nothing so long as you keep the proper distance from the mic
