I contacted nfab directly the number listed on amazon is the wrong number through their website and spoke with someone who didnt seem surprised that the hardware was missing

It has now been almost 3 weeks since installation and the hardware is still tight

Would be 5 stars but the supplied carriage bolts to mount the steps were too short so i had to make a run to the hardware store
